1 : Soul Riper :	This item is a 100% drop on the Prisonners. This is absolutely impossible to miss it !
2 : Empty Spirit Vest :	As the item before, this one is a 100% drop on the Prisonners.
1 : Soul of the Reanimated XXX :	This one again is a Prisonner drop, but the type is randomly ! Maybe some type is linked to a Prisonner type but I'm not sure about that. However, I found the 6 types from all the Prisonners. The name of the stone fix the type of the ending Cloak ! So, take the one you're aiming at (if you want a Cloak Ranger, take the Soul of the Ranger, you got it ?)	or or or or

Now, the construction begins. Here, i take the Cloak of the Reanimated Ranger as an example, I will use the Soul of the Ranger, the green one. Of course, you take your chosen stone to make your own Cloak :
First of all, we have to extract two items from the Reanimator's Cloak : a Grey CLoak, and a Soul of the Reanimator. Use the Soul Ripper to do it (no skill is required) :

You obtain two new items in your inventory, the Grey Cloak, and a Soul of the Reanimator (the blue gem).
And now, the time has come for the chosen stone : we need to fix it to the Soul of the Reanimator (here with the Soul of the Ranger, the green stone) :

You now have a Soul of the Reanimated XXXX (Ranger in my example). It is just need to put it in the Empty Spirit Vest (no skill required) ; here again with the Ranger :

You now have a XXXX's Spirit Vest (XXXX as the chosen name, Ranger in my example, I guess you got it :) ). Just put this in the starting Grey Cloak :

There it is your nicelly Cloak, buffing yourself +11 in nanoskill and in certain weapons ! And some other bonuses not less interesting !

II) Cloak of the Reanimated XXXX, améliorations
But this is not the end ! This already very interesting Cloak can be upgraded again, reaching the +15 bonuses. Each new upgrade add +1. There is so four upgrade to go from +11 to +15.
The Cloak do not change its name nor its QL : if you can't make the 4 upgrades at the same time, read the characteristics : +12, you have put one upgrade, 3 are remaining ; +13 you have put 2 upgrades, 2 are remaining, etc.
The four upgrades are made through the same process, using the Prisonners gems, excepting that you will need one of each type this time.

After, we apply the gems in a certain order, always the same. Apparently, no necessary skill here :

Finally, we obtain an Awakened Soul Cristal, which is the upgrade. Just apply it on the Cloak :
